Linda hits the surf in Maui.
Back in 1992, Linda and Fred Marrone decided to
start a business in the middle of a bad recession.
They knew it was a
pretty crazy thing to do,
hence the name
Loco Lindo (yes, they know it's
bad Spanish!). The Marrones started out selling
one-of-a-kind dresses at arts-and-crafts fairs and
then gradually expanded the business to include
a collection of separates. It wasn't long before
the line had made its way into fine boutiques and
resort hotels from the shores of Maine to the
Hawaiian Isles.
Our prints and styles are inspired by vintage and tropical textiles and designs that
we procure from across the globe. We add a touch of the Loco Lindo flair and
voilá!
Be prepared to get stopped on the street—
Where did you get that dress?!
Last but not least, we at Loco Lindo love our customers! We know
you want to look good and feel comfortable. You need clothes
that travel well and are easy to care for. These are simple, basic
requirements that we strive to meet with each and every garment.
Our goal is to put a little bit of paradise in every dress.
Loco Lindo's broad appeal is due in no small
part to the quality of our garments, all of which
are made in California. Our rayons are
pre-washed, so you know that if it fits in the
store, it's going to fit later, whether you're
picking up the kids from school or doing the
limbo at a lu'au on the Big Island.
