Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Handling:

Please allow 3-5 days handling time on all Priority Mail/USPS Ground orders, and 1-2 days for Priority Mail Express.

Domestic US Shipping

- All orders ship via USPS Ground, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express

- Priority Mail is $10 Flat Rate per order

- Priority Mail Express is $25 Flat Rate per order

- Free Regular USPS Ground Shipping is offered on all orders over $150 (within the lower 48 states only).

International Shipping

- All International orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or DHL Worldwide.

- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

- Loco Lindo does not cover customs costs, customer is responsible for all charges incurred after shipping. 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Domestic US:

- Orders may be returned for refund, store credit, or they may be exchanged within 2 weeks of receiving your order.   If you have an exchange request, please contact us prior to returning so we may ensure your requested item is available.  Please return all orders with written return request instructions on invoice ie: store credit, refund, or exchange (item, print, size). 

- All Sale items may only be returned for store credit or exchanged, no refunds.  If Sale items were purchased using an additional discount/coupon code they are automatically final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

- Return exclusions may apply during site wide sales, please read all coupon code exclusions and rules carefully prior to checkout. 

- Please allow 3-5 business days to process all returns/exchanges. 

- Customer is responsible for returning items at their own expense, shipping is not refunded when returning items.  If an exchange is needed we cover the shipping cost of shipping out the new requested item.

 

International:

- Orders may be returned for refund or store credit, or they may be exchanged.  All orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt.  If you have an exchange request please contact us prior to returning so we may ensure your requested item is available.  Please return all orders with written return request instructions on invoice ie: store credit, refund, or exchange (item, print, size). 

- Customer is responsible for returning items at their own expense, shipping is not refunded when returning items.  In the case of exchanges, customer is responsible for exchange shipment and will be invoiced prior to shipment.
